Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 7 March 2019, during which airports are closed and check-in/check-out at the resort is unavailable.
Surcharge: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night, applies payable at time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar.
Compulsory NYE dinner: A compulsory NYE dinner surcharge of US$170 per adult and US$85 per child (aged 12 years and under) applies on 31 December 2019, payable directly to the hotel. Dinner inclusions on the package will not be valid on 24 December 2019 and 31 December 2019.

This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates - within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries…
You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Deluxe Room, Grand Deluxe Room and Premium One Bedroom Suite - Packages are valid for two adults.
Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and up to two children (aged 11 years and under) or three adults. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ below:
Extra Guest Policy: One additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of AU$40 per night, sleeping on an extra bed (strictly subject to availability) with breakfast and accommodation only. Payable directly to the resort.
Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge, sharing existing bedding, with accommodation, breakfast and airport transfer only. An additional rollaway bed can be provided, subject to availability.
Baby Policy: An infant (aged two years and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.
Bedding Configuration:
- Deluxe Room - One king bed plus an extra bed (size 90cm x 200cm, subject to availability)
- Grand Deluxe Room - One king bed plus an extra bed (size 90cm x 200cm, subject to availability)
- Premium One Bedroom Suite - One king bed plus an extra bed in the living room (size 90cm x 200cm, subject to availability)
Please note extra bed can be added only to a king bedding configuration.
