7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Peninsula Hot Springs Bathing Experience Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: Thermal springs bathing experience at mineral pools, a Turkish steam bath, cave pool, hilltop pool, subterranean sauna, reflexology walk, massaging thermal mineral showers and a lakeside pool.
• Available Monday to Friday from 7am to 8:30pm (last booking) and Saturday and Sunday from 5am to 8:30pm (last booking).
• Any excess amount must be paid directly to Peninsula Hot Springs.
• Inclusion valid for two guests only. Extra guests will not have this inclusion.
• Patrons must be 18+ to consume alcohol.
• Bookings are essential at least 7 days in advance. Should Peninsula Hot Springs need to contact you regarding your reservation, they will do so via the email/phone number you have supplied upon making your booking. Please note that bookings for Hot Springs packages are not redeemable when purchased within 7 days of reservation.
• Exclusions: Private bathing, other spa treatments, food and drinks not listed in the inclusions.
• This experience is not suitable for pregnant women.
• Children under 8 years of age must, at all times when within the PHS Group Premises, be within arm’s reach of a guardian.
• Children aged between 8 to 15 years of age must, at all time when within the PHS Group Premises, be accompanied by guardian and be within close visual line of sight of that guardian. All children must be supervised and a maximum of six children per adult applies.
• Children under 16 years of age can access all Bath House bathing areas at the PHS Group Premises, however, will not be permitted in reserved adults only areas.
• Children under 16 years of age are not able to access the PHS Spa Dreaming Centre (including the cafe, bathing area, reception, private baths and treatment rooms located at the Spa Dreaming Centre).
