We had an amazing stay at Novotel Hanoi! The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to make our visit special. A big thank you to Mr. Hoang from the Premium Lounge, who arranged a delicious vegan meal for me during happy hour time and also surprised us with a wonderful cake to celebrate my son's birthday. Loved our room which was very spacious fully contained apartment. Only con is I wish there was a full sofa bed in the lounge area, that would have been amazing. The concierge team and all staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable and memorable. We truly appreciated the personalized service and warm hospitality. Highly recommend Novotel Hanoi for anyone looking for a welcoming and enjoyable experience!

Rooms were great however our first one had a sewage smell so we were upgraded to another room and had no further issues. Amazing buffet breakfast-probably the best we’ve ever had. Location was good but would have liked less noise! Everyone in Vietnam honks their horns and it doesn’t matter what time it is!

The hotel itself and the rooms are quite nice. The lounge, although moved to the restaurant has nice staff and they are very attentive. The minor setbacks are the fact that there is no spa on site and the gym, which is 24 hours, has problems with the AC. The hotel staff in general could do more to acknowledge the ALL members... dedicated check in... welcome drinks... recognition. Hoang and his team in the lounge are doing all they can to make it feel like home for a long stay guest.
