Great location. Comfortable rooms. Fabulous breakfast buffet. Only thing missing is a nice lobby bar, but the executive lounge is a decent replacement, if you choose a room with access

We didn’t stay at this hotel; we just came for breakfast, and I want to praise it! I really liked the variety of dishes and drinks, the stunning view from the window, and the excellent staff. There were plenty of vegetables, fruits, hot dishes, and desserts. The buffet had several coffee machines and a station with Vietnamese coffee. I really enjoyed the coffee and even bought a pack for brewing with a phin filter.

A huge hotel close to everything needed, in our opinion runs amazingly smoothly and is very much a 5 star experience. Granted we now get upgrades, our chosen room was a high ceiling big windows apartment with full river reviews, so we travelled to restaurants, amenities and lounge by corridors and lifts. Very efficient team of young women in the Executive Lounge the food was ample and delicious so we ate here mostly. Beds comfy, meticulously clean and well maintained property. Loved the tub nice and big ... weather was cold on this visit so a divine soak to return to. Every staff member we ventured upon was delightful. The Square Restaurant was a fine dining experience.

Wow!! Novotel Hotel is awesome! From the beginning, to the end of our stay. They treated us like family. All we had to do was ask and they made it happen. Checking in was a breeze and our rooms was upgraded. The breakfast buffet was well worth it! The concierge made our day trips very convenient. FYI.. buy discounted tickets for BaNa Hills and Wow pass at the hotel. You’ll save lots of time. I highly recommend staying at Novotel. Special thank you to Ms. Jennifer, Mr. Tin at the front office and Mr. Lin at Concierge! Thank you Novotel!!
