Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 8 March 2027 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily breakfast is served a la carte style and can be enjoyed at any time of day in the villa or at Tetaring Restaurant.
• Daily two-course lunch or dinner is served at Piasan Restaurant, Tetaring Restaurant or on the beach requires booking in advance. Children receive one course meal from the kids menu.
• Daily afternoon tea is available in your villa or at one of the onsite restaurants from 2pm to 4pm. Afternoon tea includes a selection of Balinese homemade cakes and a choice of coffee or tea.
• Complimentary daily restocked minibar includes soft drinks, juices and mineral water.
• Private car transfer is available from 8am to 5pm within the local area only.
• Butler service includes a shifting butler, not a one-on-one butler.
• All discounts include no minimum spend and expire on checkout. Discounts cannot be redeemed with any other offer.
• Included massage treatments take place at Kayumanis Spa Nusa Dua. Massages are only valid for one adult per day, per package. Advanced booking is required.
• The bucket of beer includes five Bintang bottles, served with canapes.
• One-time picnic lunch is a held on the beach at midday as a bento-style set box. This must be organised with the resort at least one day prior.
• The picnic lunch experience is substituted for your daily lunch inclusion.
• One-time floating breakfast includes one breakfast tray, served at your villa pool, and must be organised with the resort at least one day prior.
• Mixed BBQ dinner is available in-villa at 6pm and is substituted for your daily dinner inclusion. Advanced booking is recommended.
• 20% discount must be redeemed in person at Tetaring Restaurant or Piasan Restaurant for food only. This is not valid for in-room dining.
• 25% discount on happy hour drinks can only be redeemed from 4pm to 6pm at Kayumanis Beach Bar.
• 30% discount at Kayumanis Spa Nusa Dua is valid for treatments only.

Overindulgence Upgrade (select packages only):

• Daily lunch is a two-course meal from a set menu, available at one onsite restaurant or enjoyed at the beach.
• Nightly dinner is two-course from a two-course set menu, available at one of the onsite restaurants or enjoyed at the beach.
• One cocktail per adult can be redeemed any time during your stay from one of the on-site restaurants.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Please submit your transfer request to the hotel at least one day before you arrive at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS).
• Please inform the hotel of any excess luggage so they can arrange a large vehicle.

Atlas Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only):

• Includes: Entry to Atlas Beach Club and Atlas Super Club (18+ only), complimentary welcome drink per person (select beers, cocktails or soft drinks), 10% dining discount OR 15% daybed or sofa bed discount, complimentary bottle of wine if booking upgraded to VIP sofa (pre-booking required), complimentary towels and access to Kid’s Club
• Access to Atlas Beach Club or Atlas Super Club is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay
• Strictly no walk-ins. Reservations only.
• No cameras and no drones are permitted.
• No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at Atlas Beach Club are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).
• Must be 21+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian aged 18+. Children must be supervised at all times.

Canna Bali Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only):

• Includes: Return Transfers from Nusa Dua hotel to Canna Bali Beach Club, complimentary welcome cocktail or mocktail per person, complimentary ice cream treat per child, free canoe hire, IDR100,000 discount per package toward 60-minute full-body massage, IDR100,000 discount per package toward jug of sangria, IDR500,000 discount per package toward Heritage Set Menu in Cliff Restaurant (applicable with minimum purchase of two set menus; reservation required), IDR500,000 discount per package toward purchase of second bottle of selected wine
