Location is amazing, very central to all the tourist spots. The staff could not do more for you from changing out my pillows to my preference, making restaurant reservations and booking tours to just greeting you with a smile every day. Room was spacious and clean and had everything you could possibly need.

Very good hotel with very good service! From the outside the hotel looks a bit outdated and not very inviting, but the interior and the rooms are all renovated. Rooms and bed were very comfortable. We especially recommend a room with club lounge access: it is definitely worth it! The personnel is very friendly and helpful! The food was exceptionally good! We ate buffet, had dinner at Tomato twice (the pizza was the best outside of Italy!) and dinner at Tokara. The waiter John Edward at Tomato was especially helpful, cheerful and friendly! The pool area is good with an extra pool for swimmers only. The only negative is the location next to the W hotel - THE party hotel in Maskat with open-air disco especially on Thursday and Friday. While beach view rooms are great in terms of the view, you will hear everything! A room far away from the W hotel on the west side might be a better choice.

My family and I got a room for 4 for a few nights and we absolutely loved every minute of it. The hotel itself is fantastic and offers multiple dining options from the more relaxed to the fancier, including a lounge, a pub with pool and darts, an exclusive club, and restaurants from a variety of different cuisines (Arabic, Italian, Japanese...), some of which play live music. The staff is extra kind and make you feel at home, we even got the chance to meet the Chef in person and congratulate him on the quality of the food. The hotel is situated near Muscat Opera House, which was recommended as one of the city's sights to enjoy, and can be reached by a pleasant evening walk.

A really well renovated hotel tho a few old features remain. Room was excellent. Wifi connectivity great. Lots of choice at breakfast and Trader’s was great in the evening. Gym spacious and well equipped. Easy walk to access a long and lovely public beach. Quite a few restaurants in vicinity.
