Amazing! This hotel goes beyond the call of duty for you . The staff are all incredible. There was a misunderstanding with my day trip booked today and being it was my last day I was quite taken back , the front desk and reservations Izumi with her staff arranged for me to be taken to meet the tour and saved my trip! I’ll Be forever grateful! The food is delicious their buffet has a lot of variation I ate there two nights in a row . Sushi restaurant was fire! The properties Amenities are well kept including the spa. I loved walking on the board walk area around the majestic beach that surrounds this property .

This hotel is absolutely perfect in every sense! The rooms are spacious, the balcony and view is great. Service is amazing. Breakfast selection was superb as well. The beach, views and all the water activities keep the kids busy and entertained! Highly recommended

We have spent for 4 nights at this beautiful hotel. From the beginning arrival in the lobby the entire front office staffs are so helpful and warm welcome 🙏 The room is clean and amazing overlooking the wide ocean view and delighted to seeing the sunrise. Breakfast is our favorite time with various selection of salads, fresh fruit, toast and bread , a western dishes and a topical Okinawa’s favorite dishes. The partisie comes to every table to offer a bread fresh from the oven and a charming french chef 🧑‍🍳 On last day, it was lucky day to see fireworks from balcony . At the last. Thank you for making our vacation memorable See you again

I had a rather disappointing experience during my stay at the hotel, and I’d like to highlight a few key issues: Luggage Service: We were informed that staff would take our luggage to our room within 10 minutes, but after waiting for over 20 minutes, no one had arrived. After 30 minutes of waiting, we decided to go back down to retrieve our bags ourselves, only to find them still in the same spot where we dropped them off. Additionally, no staff checked our identity when we took our luggage. It's worth noting that we did not request this service; it was merely suggested by the staff. Ventilation Issues: The ventilation in the room was poor. I noticed a significant amount of dust accumulated on the vents, which seemed to block the air conditioning and hinder proper airflow. Inconsistent Information: The front desk repeatedly informed us that there were no hakaats available to borrow. However, we discovered two hakatas in our room, which was quite confusing and led us to question the accuracy of the staff's information. I also noticed other comments on stains and dirty chairs. I saw the same issue, but the room was spacious, bed and toilets are both clean, which is good to know Additional Charges for Amenities: I was surprised to find out that there was an additional charge of 1,000 yen to use the public bath, despite having already paid for the room. The buffet breakfast also cost 3500 Yen pp, clearly a rip-off when we have had enjoyed an inclusive, wonderful free buffet breakfast in a city centre hotel, with half this hotel room's price Overall, my experience fell short of expectations due to these issues. I hope the management takes these concerns into consideration to improve the quality of service in the future.
