Great hotel in the center of Barcelona. Very close to the most famous tourist attractions. Nearby metro stations, iconic tapas, restaurants, everything you need.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. Upon arrival, we received a complementary chocolate, bottle of water, and some coffee pods and creamers. But that's just for day 1. Then they never refilled them on day 2 and 3. The hotel is nice but I wish the service could be improved.

The bad: my room was super tiny - it was a proper single room with half a regular bed and there was no furniture or space for anything else; also - the fitness room just has a few bikes and some light weights; at check-in I had to write in the details of my credit card (instead of them scanning it, which is what they do in all other hotels I've visited) - a waste of time and annoying The good: staff was competent and helpful; the breakfast was great - comprehensive and tasty; the hotel is quite close to downtown
