Review for Holiday Inn Resort Ao Nang I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Resort Ao Nang! The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Ao Nang, making it easy to walk everywhere, from the beach to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything, whether it was arranging tours or providing recommendations. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a delicious mix of Western and Asian options. Whether you prefer a classic continental breakfast or want to try local flavors, there’s something for everyone. Overall, a great place to stay in Ao Nang—comfortable, convenient, and with excellent service. I would definitely recommend it!

I was here with a friend in November and had a great time. Staff were friendly and very nice. Even had a sweet surprise for me as an IHG member, not many IHG hotels do that. Room was towards the pool area and had a nice calming view. Breakfast was fantastic, had everything id want for breakfast. This hotel and their service is why I got IHG credit card again and want to strengthen my membership. Highly recommended

The staff were super friendly and helpful from the second we stepped on the property. We originally booked a standard room with a Mountain View. When we got on site we were told we were upgraded to a premium room which sounded great.. but our view ended up being the playground so that was a bummer! In hindsight we should have requested to decline the upgrade once we realized we lost the view. Other than that, the room was extremely clean and spacious. There were a lot of options and variety at breakfast, and they even had multiple coffee/espresso machines. The hotel had many restaurants around and only a 10 minute walk to the beach to get to other islands. Overall, we had an amazing stay. The only reason I took it down to a 4 star was because of the “upgrade” we received.

I had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn in Krabi. The hotel has a lot of positives, especially the friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The location is another big plus—it’s situated in a lively shopping street with plenty of restaurants, shops, and a 7-Eleven nearby, making it very convenient. However, there are a few downsides. The pool area can get quite crowded, especially during peak hours, making it hard to find a quiet spot. Additionally, not all areas have lift access, which can be inconvenient for some guests. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a well-located hotel with good service, but be prepared for some minor inconveniences.
