7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

• Resort Credit: The included resort credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

• Children are not permitted in the resort spa.
• The unlimited free-flow drinks include over 150 wines from Greece and around the world, regular and premium alcohol and cocktail brands and healthy juices.
• LuxMe all-inclusive dining is available at all resort restaurants and bars and includes daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, outstanding a la carte dining, snacking during the day, items at the patisserie and gelateria and a premium selection of drinks. Prior reservations at hotel restaurants are required for dining. All-inclusive dining does not apply to in-room dining. LuxMe ends at 5pm on the day of departure.
• The Costa Aqua Park is open from 10am to 6pm, with some slides having age restrictions for children.
• Children (11 and under) eat free when accompanied by a dining parent.
