My wife, two kids and I stayed for the weekend to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The hotel is stunning, the food is fantastic, the spa and pool are great, and the staff are flawless. I was really impressed. Only thing to think about is whether Queen size beds are large enough in the ‘Double Double’ room. We struggled a bit for the four of us to be comfortable.

Brilliant staff and hotel. I’ve used this immaculate hotel for business but this was a first for pleasure. It was my birthday and the staff were wonderful throughout. I felt like a superstar as every member of staff during the two days made a point to tell me happy birthday. Super food and wonderful rooms. Service makes a place like this and it was perfect. Thank you to the whole team, from the door men to the restaurant crew to the reception team to the cleaners and everyone else.

A fabulous stay! The staff were truly wonderful, and went out of their way to support us as guests. The hotel was still dressed for Christmas and looked magical. The room was luxurious, yet homely, the food was of a very high standard, even at the bar, and the spa was very relaxing, with plenty of options available for all to enjoy. In particular, I cannot thank the reception staff enough..

Visited The Orchid Tea Room for afternoon tea, and it’s beautiful. Halal and they refill sandwiches! The staff were attentive and kind, always refilled the water cup and readily available to help. The pianist was amazing, really set the atmosphere and played really well. The afternoon tea it self was lovely. Personally wasn’t a fan of 2 of the sandwiches but that’s because of preference, they were ok but not to my taste. The rest of it was great and was made really well. Would def recommend to try once.
