I’m always impressed with the work spaces, events and roof bar here. Not always a great experience at the Speakeasy but wanted to write a good review because of our experience overall and at the roof bar. Israa in particular was exceptional. She was so accommodating and welcoming to our group.

Eaton DC is a must, and now the only hotel I will stay in when I visit. I have never experienced a hotel curated to be so inviting, relaxed, home like, magnificent vibes, great art, eclectic, super wellness, great coop work space, fabulous board room, wonderful restaurants and a speak easy all in one location! Not to mention the cinema, DJ & Radio station on site and turntables with vinyl in your room with a huge selection of vinyl to to listen in the comfort of your room. Ahh, I wish I was there now!

The junior suite was so homely and comfortable! I enjoyed the aesthetic and the room was clean. 4 stars because the mini fridge wasn’t working the whole stay and the toilet wouldn’t flush / would run after flushing. Service was meh. The housekeepers were on point, but the front desk had funky attitudes and made my group and I feel unwelcome. They were very short with me. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again. Wasn’t worth the price. I’d come back for parties at Wild Days. Cute hotel and amenities though!

Not at all a four star hotel. Maybe 1.5 stars at the most. Here we go: Overall, the room looks nice. Bathroom sink sprays water everywhere. Bathroom counter is too small to put any toiletries on. In order to turn on lights, you have to put a key card in the reader. For those that get up in the middle of the night, this could be a serious safety issue. Glass cups. No paper options. Who knows how they are cleaned, if at all. Bed was really firm and uncomfortable. One light had a broken knob. Hot water didn't get hot enough for those that like hot showers. The hot water had an off odor to it, to me it was very musty. Not nearly enough outlets for travelers with medical equipment. One side of the bed had charging in the outlet but the other side did not. Why? TV had intermittent streaming issues (Dish network). Fox news was excluded for some reason. Elevator was extremely slow.
