The hotel is quite old and clearly in need of significant renovations to bring it up to modern standards. However, it is well-maintained, and the staff go above and beyond to provide exceptional service, which compensates for its dated condition. The location is excellent, making it a convenient and attractive choice for visitors. While the property shows its age, the warm, attentive service and overall cleanliness make it deserving of a good rating. The staff truly set this place apart and make the stay memorable!

I had a great stay at this hotel. It’s in a great location, right near the center of old town. The inside is very nice and luxurious, as well as the rooms. The rooms are very nice, quiet, and the bathrooms have heated floors. The breakfast is quite flood as well, with many options. All the front desk staff are pleasant, helpful, and speak good English. I can definitely recommend this place when visiting Bratislava.

I can't say enough about this hotel. The location, extremely friendly staff, the views of the city, the amazing breakfast, the list goes on!!! Their spacious suites give you the relaxation you need after a long day of traveling. Wake up and start your day with a strong breakfast which has selections for any diet. Egg omelets, fried eggs, sausage l, bacon, waffles, assorted meats and cheese, fruit, cereal, salad, and the star of the show, their assortment of delicate pastries! The hotel is a quick five minutes from old town. Plenty of tram lines around to get you out to other parts of the city. We are looking forward to staying here again!

We do a lot of travel with IHG properties, this one is old, probably 20+ years ago was elite. It was clean enough. We were gifted a drink voucher upon arrival, but the bartender was so rude about it. He took the voucher then called the desk to make sure it was valid after telling me it wasn’t, then he was really annoyed and made the drink after the front desk verified it was a drink voucher. Like… I didn’t even really want the drink that much, but we had some time before our dinner reservation. Also, I had some devices charging in my room the next day that I needed for our travels, and so I left the room key in the power switch while we were gone, so the devices could charge. The housekeeping took the room key from the power switch and did not return it. So we only had one room key, and my devices did not charge. This is an odd practice , also made me worried about the liability of my belongings with one of our room keys taken from our possession. Won’t stay again, and don’t recommend.
