7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service up to three date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. Ocean Rafting Experience

Inclusions:

• Full-day excursion on a custom-built semi-rigid inflatable raft

• Visit two fringing coral reef snorkeling locations at Hook Island for 45 minutes each (approximately)

• Courtesy bus transfers from selected Airlie Beach accommodation available to Coral Sea Marina

Fine Print:

• Available every day. Check-in at 7.45am. Departs Airlie Beach at 8.45am, returns 3.30pm (approximately).
• Surcharges apply for bookings on Queensland public holidays, from A$20 per adult and A$10 per child, payable directly to Ocean Rafting.
• Boats are suitable for most ages from six months upwards (weather permitting).
• If you are concerned about the weather conditions for the date that you are travelling, or wish to speak to Ocean Rafting about young passengers travelling, please call (07) 4946 6848.
• The Northern Exposure tour visits two snorkeling locations around Hook Island, each for approximately 45 minutes.
• Ocean Rafting has a no BYO alcohol policy. However, you are able to bring along soft drinks and bottled water for your day
• Lunch and drinks are not included.
