Get up close and personal with the famous monkeys of the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary, a scenic 15-minute drive from away, or explore the many shops and eateries along Monkey Forest Road. The hotel is located approximately a one-hour drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Please note that ‘Non-Refundable’ packages are guaranteed at the time of booking and not eligible for a refund or date change. Accordingly, please select your package carefully and take note of any cancellation policy applicable to your purchase.

Refundable Cancellation Policy

Accommodation bookings can be cancelled with a full refund provided the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to check-in. That is cancel by 11:59 pm (local time of property) 14 full days prior to the day of check-in. Excludes flights.

My wife and I stayed at Arkamara for 8 nights and have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. We stayed in one of their villas which was perfect. Nice large room, very comfortable bed, large bathroom with lots of space for organizing our belongings. Daily room cleaning was very well done. Breakfast was included and had many options to choose from. The restaurant and roof top bar as well as the pools are all beautiful. The property overall is very well maintained and the staff go above and beyond to accommodate any request. We would highly recommend this hotel. We had our own scooter so found the location a nice, peaceful retreat from the busy city centre of Ubud. Thank you very much to the staff for a wonderful stay.

The hotel is impeccable! Staff is so kind and helpful, the room is clean and well equipped (also beautiful) and the food at the restaurant is so so delicious, which is rare for a hotel restaurant! The location is amazing, close to everything but you still have quiet rooms. Really recommend it!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The experience I’ve had here from start to finish has been wonderful, and worth every penny. I rarely write reviews but this place needed shouting about, as someone who’s stayed in a fair few hotels in my time. I needed some R&R after becoming very ill and struggling to do so in central ubud, this hotel is only just outside the main shopping/eating areas by car/bike and there are three shuttles back and forth daily. I never left the hotel in four days. The bed is incredibly comfy, the sunbeds are too, the pool is divine and the whole place is incredibly clean and welcoming. The couch on my balcony really made my stay. They offer bottles and bottles of free refill water every day, a fruit basket and lovely toiletries in the bathroom. There are two restaurants; I ate in both the entire time and can say that the food is superb, both local and international dishes. Breakfast is delicious. If you are needing peace and quiet and a comfortable jungle stay, don’t hesitate to book.

Had a great time, amazing location. Perfect for a relaxing stay in the jungle. Service was great, although the work on would be for staff to be more intuitive. We can tell they are trying their best but we were asked how our meal was often 3-4 times during the meal, also staff not always communicating to each other, we were once asked what our room number is by 3 separate people during a visit to the bar. I liked the warm service and they were helpful but this is a work on for the staff.
