• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• The Pearl Harbor Memorial access is not included. This experience is a roundtrip shuttle only
• Food and drinks are not included. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• If you are planning on seeing the USS Arizona Memorial, you must reserve the shuttle boat to the Arizona 8 weeks in advance
• Bags are prohibited at the Pear Harbor Visitor Center. Bag storage is available at an additional cost

Terms & Conditions:

• You will be given three hours at the Memorial before your shuttle returns. Should you wish to change your return time please call the Fly Shuttle & Tours Office on 877 359 4513
• Alcohol is not to be be consumed on the shuttle bus
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply, minus a 10% processing fee
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• Reservations are non-refundable for no-shows

Changes to Booking:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
