Package: Gin-based Cocktail Masterclass

What’s included

• Level 1: 2 cocktails (1 hour)
• Level 2: 3 cocktails (1.5 hours)
• Level 3: 2 cocktails + 1x 200ml bottle of your infusion to bring home. You would be preparing and making the infusion first, there’s a sous-vide process that takes an hour and while waiting for that, you’ll be making your first cocktail. Once the infusion is ready, you’ll be bottling it up to bring home and also making a second cocktail from it too. (2 hours)
