• Available every day: 10am–10pm (last booking 9pm)
  • Off Peak: Monday – Thursday: 10am–5pm
  • On Peak: Monday – Thursday 5pm–10pm, Friday to Sunday 10am–10pm including public holidays (last booking 9pm)
• Bookings valid to 31 July 2024
• Venue: Virtual Room Singapore – 211 New Bridge Rd, Level B3 Lucky Chinatown, Singapore

Important:

• Please note: Off-peak tickets are only valid during off-peak periods – please make your selection carefully
• Please allow up to one hour for this experience

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum two people required for booking to proceed
• Maximum four players per game
• Children are recommended to be at least 10+ to play. Children aged 8–9 are permitted but must be accompanied by a player aged 15+
• Additional age restrictions apply for specific games:
  • Press Start – A Retro Arcade Adventure: Recommended 12+. Ages 10–11 must play with a person aged 15+
  • AreWeDead? All players must be aged 14+
• Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes after booking time) and no-shows void voucher
• This experience is not recommended for people with epilepsy and for heavily pregnant women
• This experience cannot be played by those in a wheelchair

Cancellations:

• No refund applies if booking is cancelled
• If fewer players than expected at the time of booking are present, the difference in price will not be refunded

Changes to Bookings:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change the date and time of your booking. Reschedules are subject to a fee from 20 SGD
