- Herb crusted chicken breast with heirloom carrots, crispy potatoes, enoki mushroom and mushroom sauce (contains dairy)
- Grilled market fish with braised broccolini, heirloom tomatoes, fennel & orange salad and beurre noisette
- Classic Italian gnocchi with spinach, sage pesto and broccolini heads (gluten-free, vegetarian and can be made vegan)

- Pistachio hazelnut Paris-brest with pistachio caquelin, hazelnut creme, choux pastry and candied nuts (vegetarian, contains tree nuts)
