Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

  • Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your cruise departure time. Boarding commences 15 minutes prior to cruise departure time
• Rafting Tour Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers are available from central Cairns and northern beaches locations. Please advise pick-up location at time of booking
• Rafting Tour Departure Point: For guests who wish to self-drive to Lake Placid, please meet at Lake Placid Carpark – 101 Lake Placid Rd, Caravonica QLD 4878
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no shows void voucher

Important:

• Exclusions: Meals, drinks and hotel transfers to the snorkelling tour
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• All children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)
• This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended
• Bookings are limited and subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment
• Prescription masks are available for hire during the snorkelling tour, payable directly to Reef Adventures
• A moderate level of fitness is required for snorkelling and white-water rafting as both can be strenuous activities. Flotation devices are provided for the snorkelling portion of the tour for guests who require them
• A moderate level of swimming ability and a basic understanding of English are required to participate in river rafting
• Hire shoes are available for hire during rafting activity from A$5 per pair, payable directly to the vendor
• Digital photos are available for purchase after the rafting tour. Drinks are available for purchase at both activities, payable directly to vendor(s). Please bring cash or credit card for any additional purchases
• All taxes and levies are included in the total price
• Please allow up to 9.5 hours for this experience, including travel time

Terms & Conditions:

• Child rate applies for children aged 12–14. Children aged 11 and under are NOT permitted on this tour
• Itinerary and times are intended as a guide only, are approximate and subject to change due to circumstances beyond the vendor(s) control
• Reef Adventures may use photographs/videos of clients in promotional material, including social media. If you do not consent to the use of your image, please contact Reef Adventures directly. • Snorkelling tours are not suitable for guests with pre-existing back, neck or hip injuries or those who are heavily pregnant
• White water rafting tour is not suitable for anyone who might be pregnant
• A medical questionnaire, release, assumption of risk, indemnity form and signed waiver are required from all participants. Travel insurance is recommended
• Cruises are weather-dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Reef Adventures for passenger and crew safety
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offer
