7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Summer Season: The 25% discount on air transfers and additional resort credit per package is valid only for bookings during the summer season (1 January 2025 – 31 March 2025 and 1 November 2025 – 31 March 2026).
• Unlimited non-alcoholic drinks include coffee, tea and juice. Does not include mocktails, milkshakes, non-alcoholic wine and beer.
• The minibar is replenished on guest request. The non-alcoholic drinks are complimentary. Alcohol is at a charge.
• All meals can be redeemed in the main restaurant, beachfront, or poolside in the Bure.
• Breakfast is served between 8am to 10am, lunch is served between 12.30pm to 2.30pm and dinner is served from 7pm.
• The summer season is from November to March.
• Yasawa Island Resort is an exclusive resort catering just for adults all year round except for select Family Weeks.
• Flights are mandatory and must be booked directly with the resort.
• Return flight transfers from Nadi International Airport are required to reach the resort. A surcharge of FJ$1,380 per person applies. Standard transfer departure time from Nadi International Airport is 2pm, subject to change. Flights are as per the resort’s schedule and must be purchased directly with Yasawa. Please consider island transfer times when booking your international flights to Fiji.
• The included resort credit must be used during your stay.
• Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• No minimum spend is required. Cannot be redeemed with any other offer.
• Spa Credit may not be applied to any discounted spa packages or ultimate spa bonus, and is only available for credit towards individual treatments.
• Complimentary resort activities include Blue Lagoons Cave trips, village tours, guided snorkelling, and private beach picnics, excluding diving and fishing.
• An entry fee applies for the Blue Lagoons Cave experience.
• Complimentary motorised and non-motorised water sports equipment hire excludes diving, fishing and any private tour/trip.
• Any additional surcharges or extras will be collected directly by the hotel.
