- Daily buffet breakfast is served from 7am–10am at Lagoon Terrace Restaurant.
- Nightly themed buffet dinner is served from 6pm–9pm at Lagoon Terrace Restaurant. Guests may instead dine at Wild Ginger; a surcharge of VT3,000 for adults and VT2,000 for children applies. Full price applies on certain menu items.
- Welcome cocktails are served at the Pool Grill & Bar between 10am–9pm.
- Welcome bottle of wine is your choice of red, white or sparkling, provided on arrival.
- Massages are provided at Oasis Spa, open daily from 9am–5pm. Inclusion is a standard oil massage. Pre-booking is preferred and recommended by visiting the spa or reception, or via email prior to arrival.
- Non-motorised water sports equipment includes kayaks, paddle boards and Hobie cats. Booking is not always required, however guests are welcome to enquire at reception about placing a booking.
- Funtastik Kids Club access is for children aged 3–12 years.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Compulsory Christmas Day Lunch: For stays on 25 December, an additional surcharge of VT10,000 per adult (13+) and VT6,000 per child (7–12) applies for the compulsory Christmas Day lunch. Payable directly to the resort.
Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of VT15,500 per adult (13+) and VT6,000 per child (7–12) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the hotel/resort.
Guests who wish to use their package inclusions (e.g. meals) toward the Christmas Day Lunch or New Year’s Gala Dinner may access a subsidised rate. To arrange, please contact the resort directly. Subsidised rates are as below:
- Christmas Day Lunch (All-Inclusive guests only): VT5,500 per adult (13+) and VT 3,000 per child (7–12).
- New Year Gala Dinner (all packages) VT10,000 per adult (13+) and VT 6,000 per child (7–12).

Includes unlimited soft drink, bottled water, local draft beer, house wines and house spirits. Excludes bottles, cans and cocktails. All drinks must be consumed in the outlet of purchase.
Return Airport Transfers & Fine print (select packages only)
- Includes: A return shared airport transfer from Bauerfield International Airport (VLI), basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- Valid for one family (two adults + two children)
- You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
- Flight number and arrival time.
- Child seats requirements.
- Number of pieces of luggage including large items.
- You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
- Transfers can accommodate up to six luggage pieces or suitcases per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
- A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
