7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Valid for travel from 1 July 2026 until 31 August 2027 (bookings must be made before 1 August 2027).

City Tax: Please note, a Municipal Touristic Tax of EUR2 per person (13+), per night applies for stays between 1 April and 31 October. The tax is capped at 7 consecutive nights. Payable directly to the hotel.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer and basic/sufficient English-speaking driver.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• Portugal Travel Center will contact you via the email/phone number you supplied to confirm transfer pick-up timing,
• Present printed or smartphone voucher to the driver on arrival at the meeting point.
• Transfers can accommodate one (1) standard suitcase plus one (1) carry-on item per passenger. Oversized luggage, sports equipment or child seats must be requested at booking and may incur additional charges payable directly to Portugal Travel Centre,
• Airport - In case you provide the flight number: We’ll monitor the flight and wait 45 minutes after the flight lands in case of flights inside of the European Union and 70 minutes in case of intercontinental flights
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer and no refund is applicable. If there are changes to your flights, please advise ahead of time with as much notice as possible
