7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your accommodation booking until 21 days prior to the original check-in date for Luxury Escapes credit. You may also cancel the flights included in your booking until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. The following flight cancellation fees will apply: $995 per adult (12+) for economy class bookings, $795 per child (2–11) for economy class bookings; $2,995 for adults and children (2+) for business class bookings. Any remaining balance, after the applicable flight cancellation fees have been deducted, will be issued as Luxury Escapes credit.

Cancellation can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. If refunded as credit, your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights (outside of your Melbourne to Malé return flight) booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

All-Inclusive Meal Plan Fine Print:

• All types of beverages are for personal consumption, served one glass at a time, to be ordered while at the restaurants and bars.
• Prior reservations required for dine-around.
• Selected items from a la carte restaurants are subject to an additional supplement charge.
• Drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) can be ordered one at a time and not in advance.
• Alcoholic drinks will not be served to persons less than 18 years of age.
• Snacks are available at selected outlets from 10am–4pm.
• High tea is served at the main bar or Dhaavani Coffee Shop from 4pm–6pm.
• No refund for missed meals will be entertained nor can any benefits of the package be transferred to another guest.
• The hotel cannot be held responsible for the facilities, services and amenities that cannot be used due to weather conditions or due to circumstances beyond our control.
• The benefits of the package can be enjoyed until checkout time or 12pm, whichever is earlier. In case the transfer is delayed or advanced due to transfer rescheduling, guests may not claim for a refund.
• The “Premium All-inclusive” package does not include the following:
  • Food and beverages from room service
  • Events at a la carte restaurants
  • Local and international telephone calls
  • Compulsory Christmas & New Year supplement
  • Photo lab/jewellery shop/souvenir shop/laundry service
  • Drinks consumed on excursions or any other outdoor activities
  • Any other services, amenities and facilities not stated herein.
