- Breakfast pack includes bacon, eggs, butter, bread, milk, cereal and juice. Hamper includes enough breakfast for one morning. Items are subject to change.
- The resort is a three-storey walk-up complex with no way of manoeuvring a wheelchair to the first and second floors. Some ground-floor apartments and walkways can have small steps to negotiate. The Deck Restaurant & Bar can only be accessed via stairs.
- As Turtle Beach Resort is a strata-titled property, furnishings and finishes do differ from apartment to apartment.
- Turtle Beach Resort offers a transfer service to the airport and Dreamworld at a cost. Please contact the resort to arrange.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

- Inclusions: Unlimited entry to Dreamworld for the duration of your hotel stay (up to 14 days), unlimited entry to SkyPoint Observation Deck for the duration of your hotel stay (up to 14 days).
- Passes are valid for unlimited entry for duration of accommodation package OR up to 14 days (whichever comes first).
- Child rate applies for children aged 3–13. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+.
- All maintenance dates and opening hours are tentative only and subject to change, particularly during inclement weather.
- WhiteWater World operates seasonally from September to April and may not be open during your Gold Coast stay, partial refunds will not be provided in the event the park is closed during your visit.
- Physical restrictions (including height, weight and age) may apply on some rides and attractions for safety or operational reasons. Please refer to displayed signage, website or Guest Services for specific details.
- Your official tickets will be added to your accommodation package in your account within 14 days of hotel check-in to allow for any date changes or cancellations within the 45-day flexible cancellation policy.
- Once the Dreamworld ticket has been added to your MyEscapes account it is strictly non-refundable.
- Please print your official tickets from your account and present on arrival to Dreamworld or SkyPoint Observation Deck for entry. Only official tickets will be accepted for entry.
