7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Airport Transfer

Inclusions:

• One-way or roundtrip private airport transfer on arrival (up to three guests)
• English-speaking driver
• Airport parking fee and toll
• One bottle of 330ml water per person

Fine Print:

• You will be emailed a form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. Six-passenger car can fit six pieces.
• An infant seat can be booked for US$3 per seat each way. Guest can also bring their own infant seat.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that time, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
• The standard one-way inclusion is an airport arrival transfer, if you would like to switch to a departure transfer please contact the third-party operator directly.
