Getting to Bali is easy with direct flights available from most major Australian cities with Qantas, Jetstar and Virgin Australia with an approximate flight time of five hours.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx two hours and 40 minutes), Hong Kong (approx five hours), Bangkok (approx four hours and 20 minutes) and Dubai (approx nine hours).

The hotel is located approximately a 45-minute drive from the airport. Return airport transferes are included in your package, please contact the resort to arrange.

Cancellation policy

Surcharge: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night, applies for certain dates and is payable at time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 25 March 2020, during which airports are closed and check-in and checkout at the resort is unavailable.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Change of date not applicable when package is purchased with flights.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is four adults and two children or five adults. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: One additional guest (aged nine and over) may stay for a surcharge of AU$45 per night, sleeping on an extra bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged eight and under) may stay free of charge sleeping in existing bedding with accommodation only. Breakfast is charged at AU$12 per child, per day, payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One baby (aged two and under) and under may stay free of charge and will count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the resort free of charge.

Three-Bedroom Private Pool Villa - Inclusions valid for six people.
