Nestled on the beachfront between the breathtakingly beautiful Bedugul mountain range and the sea, The Lovina Bali sits among gorgeous tropical gardens. Mere steps from the resort you will find the famous Lovina Beach, where you can enjoy snorkelling and diving among Bali’s marine life. Venture a little further and visit the local temples in the area, where you’ll get an authentic taste of Balinese living, or head to Gitgit village, where you can seek out three beautiful waterfalls.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Heliconia Restaurant between 6.30am—10.30am.
• Daily afternoon tea is served from 2pm—4pm in Heliconia Restaurant.
• Nightly cocktails are served at the Sunset Bar from 5pm—9pm.
• Daily lunch or dinner is served from a set menu at Heliconia Restaurant or Sunset Bar, available between 7am—10pm.
• Daily yoga runs in the main garden from 8am—9am. Advance booking is required.
• Included massages are a choice of Balinese, Swedish, Lomi Lomi or foot massage between 9am—2pm at Body Tonic Spa, and must be booked in advance.
• Complimentary shuttle service within Lovina town runs from 8am—10pm.
• Complimentary bike hire is unlimited but based on availability.
• Included dolphin tour is shared with other guests and must be booked one day in advance. The tour starts at 6am and finishes at 7.30am (subject to weather conditions).
• Hot Springs and Buddhist temple tour is shared with other guests and must be booked in advance. Entrance to the hot springs is included and guests must bring swimming attire. The tour starts at 10am.
• Use of non-motorised watersports equipment is subject to availability and includes kayaks, paddleboards and snorkels.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
