The LINE LA

The LINE LA is located in Koreatown, Los Angeles, a central hub to the city, full of shopping malls, nightlife and mouthwatering Korean BBQ. It’s a perfect gateway to recognisable LA landmarks, like Hollywood Boulevard, the Wiltern Theatre and Griffith Observatory, plus has easy access Downtown LA, West Hollywood and Beverly Hills via Wilshire Boulevard or the Metro.

The hotel is a 35-minute drive from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). A one-way airport transfer is included in select packages, please see Fine Print.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Included dining credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can only be used at the Lobby Bar, Openaire restaurant and room service (excludes minibar and Alfred Coffee Shop).
• Daily credit must be used each day and is not cumulative. No minimum spend applies.
• The nightly drink per adult is valid for a cocktail, house wine or beer per adult, available at the Lobby Bar on Sunday – Thursday from 3pm – 10pm, and on Friday – Saturday from 3pm – 12am.
• Destination fee is displayed in the total room rate during the booking process. The daily destination fee (US$30 per room) covers a range of amenities, including access to second-floor pool and pool towels, high-speed wireless internet, curated minibar, room service, assortment of Cowshed bath products (for use during stay), 24-hour access to the fitness centre with Peloton bike, access to private Barbershop Club, 24-hour access to business center, laundry service, in-room coffee maker & tea kettle upon request, onsite water refill stations, 24-hour guest services, 24-hour security, priority access to onsite speakeasy nightclubs (Kiss Kiss Bang Bang and Break Room 86) and guest experience programs including Tai Chi and other wellness events, tarot readings, DJ nights, monthly game night, meetups for Koreatown Run Club and more.

One-Way Private Airport Transfer Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Valid for a town car (up to three passengers) or SUV (up to five passengers).
• Available every day on request: 6am – 7pm.
• You will be required to provide the following information at time of booking:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Lead passenger name
  • Contact mobile number and email address
  • Number of passengers travelling
  • Number of infants travelling and age (if applicable)
• Transfer is not confirmed until you have provided the above information to the provider at least 24 hours in advance of flight arrival.
• Meeting point: exit baggage claim, cross to the island/middle curb under the white sign “passenger pick-up”. Passengers will be contacted directly by their assigned driver.
• Present printed or smartphone voucher upon arrival.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three or five luggage pieces (maximum 23kg per bag) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage. Any luggage that does not fit in the vehicle must travel separately at the passenger’s own cost
• Guests travelling with children under 8 must provide their own child restraint/safety seat. Children under 8 (including infants) cannot ride on the lap of another passenger and must have their own assigned seat.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
• Karmel Shuttle Service is aware of all flight delays; however, if your flight number changes for any reason, please call Karmel Shuttle Service directly on 1-714-670-3480 to provide the new flight number and arrival time.
