7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily a la carte breakfast will be served at Hideout from 6am until 11am. Vouchers will be given at arrival. The voucher is valid for selected breakfast items only.
• The resort fee includes a welcome basket, complimentary Wi-Fi, daily activities, daily poolside treats, daily cruiser bike hire, access to fitness centre, pool towels and nightly entertainment. Inclusions are subject to change without notice.
• The Laylow Perks Card entitles guests to 15% savings at Oasis Gift Shop and Hideout. This will be provided at check-in.

Return Shared Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return shared airport transfer to and from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL), a basic English-speaking driver, transport by air-conditioned vehicle and comfortable leather seating.
• You will be required to provide your transfer information directly to info@flyshuttletours.com after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Full name of lead traveller
  • Airline and flight number
  • Arrival time and date
  • Hotel address
• Transfer is not confirmed until you have provided this information to the provider at least 24 hours in advance of flight departure.
• Valid for two people.
• There is a limit of two standard-size suitcases allowed per person. Any excess luggage such as surfboards, golf bags, wheelchairs may be subject to an additional cost per piece of excess luggage.
• A child or booster seat can be requested at time of booking for a surcharge from US$25 per seat, payable directly to Fly Shuttle & Tours.
• Available every day on request: 5am–10pm. Shuttle runs every 60 minutes (approximately)
• Transfer pick-up and drop-off times are subject to road and traffic conditions and may vary. Please plan accordingly.
• Fly Shuttle & Tours is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on trips and will only be responsible for making lost time at a mutually agreed date.
• The passenger(s) assumes full financial liability for any damage to the car or shuttle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any member of their party. A fee from US$100 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee may apply from US$250.
