Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. - Breakfast at Melba is available from 6.30am to 10.30am (Monday–Friday) or 6.30 to 11am (Saturday–Sunday)
- The Langham Club serves afternoon tea between 2pm and 4pm each day and nightly pre-dinner drinks and canapes between 5.30pm and 8pm. Light snacks are available between 12pm–1.30pm and 4pm–5.30pm.
- Butler services include shoe shining, ticket arrangements, car services and reservations. Butler service does not include any room services.
- Car services include transfers booked through the Hotel Concierge but excludes valet parking.
