7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Travelshoot 60-Minute Professional Photoshoot

Inclusions:

• Session time and the album of edited professional photos post the photoshoot.
• Access to a client gallery – a private online gallery to view, share and download images.
• Online access to meet and communicate with your photographer before the shoot.
• All photos provided in high-resolution format.
• The 60-minute experience includes one location and 20 edited images provided within seven days.

Fine Print:

• Travelshoot will email you within two business days to book your desired date.
• Rates are for up to six people.
• Infants of all ages may attend and are included in group numbers.
• This experience does not include any physical photo product (images are provided online to download).
• A car or other transportation is not included.

How it works:

• Before the shoot, be connected with a recommended photographer online, see samples of their work and communicate any special requests with them before your photoshoot.
• Choose from two locations for your Travelshoot. Enjoy a day amongst the sand and sea at either Main Beach or Coolangatta Beach.
• Your photographer will meet you at the agreed time, and guide you through your experience with the focus on being yourselves – fun, natural and candid memories.
• Samples are provided within 48 hours, and the full album within seven days.
• You will be emailed a link to a private online gallery where you can view, share and download your high-resolution photos.
• Rates are for up to six people and for leisure purposes only (not bookable for commercial purposes).

Hot-Air Ballon Experience
