Update 2 June 2026, 1.45pm AEST: The Plate, will be temporarily closed for renovation from 28 May to 2 June 2026. During this period, guests may experience intermittent noise between 11am and 6pm. To ensure a seamless guest experience, all dining services will be relocated to the resort’s newly built oceanfront restaurant, while all other resort facilities, services and guest experiences will continue to operate as normal.

Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within three days of their arrival. This new requirement aims to streamline the immigration process and replace the traditional paper-based form, offering greater convenience and efficiency for travellers.
