Getting to The Kinloch Manor and Villas is easy. Taupo is only a 45-minute flight from Auckland or a one-hour flight from Wellington.

Flights to Auckland are available from major Australian cities (one stop may be required from some cities en route). Direct flights from Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne are available with Air New Zealand, Virgin Australia, Qantas and Jetstar.

Flights to Wellington are available from major Australian cities (one stop may be required from some cities en route). Direct flights are available from Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and the Gold Coast with seasonal flights from Perth, available with Air New Zealand, Virgin Australia, Qantas, Emirates, China Airlines and Jetstar.

The lodge is also reachable by car via State Highways from both Auckland (three hours) or Wellington (four hours).

7-Day change of mind guarantee - Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of booking and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Junior Suite - Packages are valid for two people.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and one infant. No other guests can be accomodated.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged two years and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards room capacity. A cot can be provided free of charge on request.

One Bedroom Villa - Packages are valid for two people.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children OR two adults, one child and one infant OR three adults. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of NZ$415 per night, sleeping on a queen sofa bed with daily breakfast included. Payable directly to the hotel.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 11 years and under) may stay for a surcharge of NZ$297 per child, per night, sharing a queen sofa bed with daily breakfast included. Payable directly to the hotel.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged two years and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided free of charge on request.

Connecting rooms are not available.
