You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Canopy Deluxe Rooms & Rainforest Villas - Packages are valid for two adults.
Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three adults or two adults and two children. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ below for more information.
Extra Guest Policy: One adult (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of AU$1,030 per five-night package or AU$1,318 per seven-night package, sleeping on a daybed with full package inclusions. Payable directly to the resort.
Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 5 to 11 years) may stay for a surcharge of AU$205 per child, per five-night package or AU$255 per child, per seven-night package, sleeping on separate daybeds in Canopy Deluxe Rooms OR on one shared daybed (130cmx200cm size) in Rainforest Villas, with full package inclusions (excludes 60-minute massage). Payable directly to the resort.
Baby Policy: Up to two babies/young children (aged four years or under) may stay free of charge but will count towards the maximum room capacity. A cot can be provided free of charge by the resort.
Adjoining rooms with connecting balconies may be available on request (strictly subject to availability).
