The Benev is located a three-hour drive from the centre of Melbourne CBD and is a 10-minute walk from the main town of Beechworth, which hosts boutique shopping, grocery and convenience stores and an eclectic food and wine scene. The hotel is located approximately a 45-minute drive from Albury Airport (ABX). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

  • This is a self-check-in hotel. After the booking is made, the hotel will email guests with check-in information. There is no manned reception at the hotel.
  • Breakfast is served in-room with house-made granola, Greek yoghurt, milk, juice, water, coffee, tea and sugar for two people. Breakfast is served once per stay.
  • The A$100 spa credit is to be used at Benev Spa and must be used during your stay. Must book in advance.
  • Benev Spa is open Wednesday to Saturday, with Tuesday appointments available on request only.
  • The cheeseboard is a selection of local cheese and artisan crackers and is only available for stays between Tuesday and Saturday.
  • The complimentary minibar includes water, juices, milk and yoghurt. The minibar is not restocked.
  • Guaranteed late 12pm checkout. Anytime after 12pm will incur another night’s charge.

Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account.
