- Daily a la carte breakfast is served from 7am to 10.30am at Faces Restaurant or in-villa.
- Guests may choose daily between a la carte lunch or dinner at Faces Restaurant. Lunch is served from 12 noon to 3.30pm. Dinner is served from 5pm to 10.30pm.
- Nightly cocktail (one per adult, per day) is a choice from the hotel’s signature cocktails and is served at Fluid Bar from 12 noon to 10.30pm. Cocktail inclusion must be used daily and cannot be accumulated or transferred to another guest.
- The included 60-minute massage is a traditional Balinese massage, available at The Spa from 9am to 10pm. Advance booking is required.
- Please contact the resort directly with flight information to organize airport transfers.
- Hotel shuttle is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
- The minibar is stocked once per stay and includes a selection of snacks, beer and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Butlers are available around the clock.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be canceled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfillment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalizing the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.
Valid for travel from 15 November 2026 until 31 March 2028 (bookings must be made before 1 March 2028).
Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 8 March 2027 and 26 March 2028, during which airports are closed, and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

- CANNA Bali beach club is open daily from 10am to 10pm (last orders at 9:45pm) & Cliff Restaurant is open Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 10pm, and Friday to Sunday from 11am to 10pm.
- If dining at Cliff Restaurant, you must show your reservation confirmation to be permitted entry.
- No cameras and no drones are permitted. No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
- Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds, etc.) at CANNA Bali are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).
