Bookings (except for tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates - within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Change of date not applicable when package is purchased with flights.

Packages are valid for two adults and one child (aged five years and under)

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three adults OR two adults and two children. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of US$150 per night, sleeping on an extra bed with accommodation and all package inclusions. Payable directly to the hotel.

Child Policy: One child (aged five years and under) is included in the package, sleeping on existing bedding with full package inclusions (excludes massage). Guests travelling with one child (aged 6-11 years) or two children aged 11 years and under must pay a surcharge of US$75 per child, per night, sleeping on existing bedding and one extra bed, with accommodation and full package inclusions (excludes massage). Payable directly to the hotel.

Baby Policy: Infants (aged one year and under) may stay free of charge but will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Transfers: A private, one-way airport transfer included is in your package. In order to confirm your transfer, you will need to contact ICS Travel Group directly via email luxuryescape@icstravelgroup.com. You must provide the following information at time of booking (and no later than 48 hours prior to arrival):

• A copy of your booking confirmation email
• Names of all travellers
• Ages of children travelling
• Arrival date and time
• Airline and flight number
• Contact phone number
• The code ‘LUXKEMPINSKI’

IMPORTANT: Transfers are in Toyota APV’s or Toyota Avanza’s and are for a maximum of three adults or two adults and two children (aged 11 years and under) per package. Maximum three luggage pieces allowed per car due to space restrictions of the vehicle. Oversized or excessive luggage may have certain restrictions. Surcharges may apply should a larger vehicle be required.

A limited number of connecting rooms are available, subject to availability.
