Updated 11 July 2024, 1.40pm AEST: Updated massage inclusions for the 5-night and 10-night Sriwijaya Two Bedroom Villa packages. For five nights, two massages in total are included per package. For 10-night stays, four massages in total are included per package.

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 29 March 2025 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable. Spa treatments are not available on Nyepi Day. Daily choice of lunch or dinner is available.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Cliff Lounge access entitles guests to personalised check-in/check-out, extended breakfast, all-day free-flow soft drinks, juices, coffee and tea, afternoon tea and light bites from 3pm to 5pm , cocktail hour from 5pm until 7pm daily and access to the cliff pool and hydro jet pool.
• Villa Lounge Access entitles guests to personalised check-in/check-out in their villa, all-day free-flow soft drinks, juices, coffee and tea and afternoon tea and light bites from 3pm to 5pm.
• Daily breakfast is available from 6.30am until noon.
• Breakfast is served in either the Cliff Lounge or Villa Lounge.
• Daily choice of lunch or dinner at Reef Beach Club (three-course food only), Bai Yun (Dim Sum lunch or Bali Myna Hot Pot dinner food only), Izakaya by Oku (3 courses food only), Pala Restaurant/ Rooftop (weather dependent, three-courses of dinner, food only. Sunday brunch not included). Children menus are available separately.
• Villa guests can redeem their daily cocktail at Pala Rooftop Bar or L’Atelier by Cyril Kongo between 5pm and 7pm. Please note, villa guests do NOT receive daily free-flow cocktails.
• Villa guests’ minibar, replenished daily, includes beer and non-alcoholic drinks.
• The included massages must be pre-booked at the spa. Massages are available during spa opening hours, from 9am to 10pm. Massages are not available on Nyepi Day. Massages can be combined for 100 minutes, subject to Apurva Spa availability. Guests may choose from ilangi sayah (relaxing massage) and urut lanang (deep tissue).
• Guests are not permitted to check out on 31 December 2023.
• The included welcome drink is the Apurva Signature drink. The drinks menu follows the month’s island theme.
• Solo travellers (single occupancy) will only receive the benefit for one time each, NOT double.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at IDR35,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
