Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to insurance or flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates - within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. Feel Like Changing Your Dates? No Worries… You can make unlimited changes to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 21 days before your original check-in date for bookings in Australia and New Zealand, and 1 day before check-in for bookings in all other countries. This is provided you choose dates that are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 11 years and under) may stay for a surcharge of A$50 per child, per night, sleeping on existing bedding and one day bed with accommodation, breakfast, dinner and cooking class only. All other meals will be charged at a 50% discount when dining with adults, including in-room dining. Payable directly to the hotel.

Baby Policy: One baby (aged under two years) may stay free of charge and will count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Connecting rooms are not available.

Jara Hill walk begins at 15:30pm daily.

Kampong Sucimurni Lifestyle is available every Saturday only.
