The Ubud Art Market is a short drive away, with local handicrafts, handmade textiles and jewellery; the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary — home to over 700 long-tailed macaques, dense jungle and ancient temples — is another easy stop. Southeast of Ubud, Tegenungan Waterfall makes a worthwhile half-day trip.

- Hot air balloon: Departs at 6.30am or 5.30pm. Advance booking required. The hot air balloon climbs up to 50m, for 7–10 minutes. Operation may be cancelled at the last minute, should weather and wind conditions not be suitable for flights. Each ride is designed for a maximum of two adults with a total combined weight limit of 150kg. Guests must be aged between three and 70 years to participate. Hot air balloon experience is not available for Two Bedroom Club Pool Villa packages.
- Spa credit: Valid for a select treatment menu. Credit must be used in one transaction. No minimum spend. Any remaining spa credit is not redeemable for cash or exchangeable for other services.
- Daily laundry service is provided for up to six pieces per suite/villa, per day (excludes dry cleaning), and must be booked in advance.
- A WhatsApp number will be provided for your chauffeur upon arrival. Includes transfers between resort and Ubud town centre only.
