7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 10 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 10 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Scenic Helicopter Flight Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only):

• Valid for two people (ages 4+).
• Includes: 25-minute scenic helicopter flight over Queenstown and the Whakatipu Basin, alpine landing, with a possible snow landing in winter, hotel pickup and drop off, and informative pilot commentary.
• Meals, drinks and transfers are not included.
• Select your flight path carefully at the time of purchase.
• The flight departs from and returns to The Helicopter Line Base, 29 Lucas Place, Queenstown 9300, New Zealand.
• Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. Late arrival may result in missing your flight.
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the operator.
• Allow approximately one hour for check-in, the safety briefing and the flight, including the alpine landing.
• Flights are shared; you may be travelling with other passengers.
• Each helicopter accommodates up to six passengers, with a maximum combined passenger weight of 480kg.
• All flights are subject to availability and weather. A safety briefing is required before departure.
• Call the operator 24 hours before departure to reconfirm your booking and check the weather.
• A fuel surcharge may apply and, if charged, is payable directly to the operator on departure. No surcharge is currently applicable.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying parent or adult guardian aged 18 or over.
• Infants aged 0–3 and under 15kg may travel free on an adult’s lap. Infants over 15kg must occupy their own seat and require a seat ticket.
• For bookings with more than one infant aged 0–3, contact the operator directly, as aviation conditions apply.
• Flights and aircraft may be changed at management or pilot discretion due to weather, air-traffic control or availability. If bad weather prevents the flight, a date change may be offered subject to availability, or the flight may be cancelled.
• If only part of the tour can proceed, only the unexperienced component will be refunded.
• Flights require minimum passenger numbers. Bookings below the minimum may be coordinated with other passengers to meet the departure requirement.
• If weather prevents a flight at the booked location, the prepaid voucher may be accepted at another operator base for a flight of similar duration and price, subject to availability.
