Booking Guarantee: Where you choose to ‘Buy Now and Book Later’ you are entitled to our Booking Guarantee. If you make a booking within 14 days of purchase and don’t secure your preferred dates (with the exception of Blackout Periods) we will give you a full refund. Note: You are required to provide evidence in the form of a ‘rejected request’ email from our hotel partner. At this point, we will escalate to the hotel and aim to secure your preferred date. If it is still unavailable we will promptly provide a full refund.

Strictly subject to availability and please book early to lock in your preferred dates. After the booking guarantee period, bookings for specific dates during the validity period will be accepted on a first in, best dressed basis.

Accommodation packages are valid for two adults.

Please note bathroom facilities consist of nine communal toilets and showers on site, shared between approximately 3 tents, and feature luxury Aspar products from Melbourne’s Aurora Spa.

Blackout Dates:
Not available for travel from 28 September 2017 to 1 October 2017.
Not available for travel on Saturday nights.
Friday nights are not available from 4 August 2017.

Can I change my check in date post purchase: Once you have purchased your package and received confirmation your dates cannot be changed without contacting the hotel directly. This decision is strictly at the discretion of the hotel and subject to availability, so please ensure you have selected your intended travel dates.

Extra Guest Policy: In addition to two adults, one additional guest aged 13 years and older may stay for a surcharge of AU$70 per night, sleeping on an extra mattress with all inclusions, payable directly to the hotel.

Booking confirmation must be presented at check-in.

All surcharges are payable directly to the hotel.

Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated) and menu options are subject to change.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. We suggest purchasing travel insurance as soon as possible after purchasing this accommodation package.

Strictly no refunds for this accommodation package for amendments and change of date - fees are at the hotel’s discretion/policy.
