7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. Please Note:
- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Daily buffet breakfast is available at Delta Rue from 6.30am–10.30am on weekdays and 7am–10.30am on weekends.
- Dining Credit: The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used at any onsite venue (excludes minibar). No minimum spend applies.
- Please note that Tilda will be closed from 25 December 2025 to 10 January 2026 inclusive. Tilda Bar will be closed from 25 December 2025, reopening with a snack menu from 29 December 2025.
- Delta Rue will be closed for the dinner service on January 10 and remain closed for all meals until January 14. A reduced breakfast buffet will be offered at Tilda from 11 January to 14 January.
- Wentworth Bar will be closed from January 10 to January 14.
- In-room dining will have a reduced menu from January 10 to January 14.
Club Room Upgrades:
- Club Millésime is open from 6.30am to 9pm on weekdays and 7am to 9pm on weekends.
- Daily buffet breakfast is available at Club Millésime from 6.30am to 10.30am on weekdays and 7am to 11am on weekends.
- Charges apply should Club Room guests wish to have breakfast at Delta Rue instead of Club Millésime.
- Daily afternoon tea is available from 2.30pm–4.30pm.
- Nightly drinks and canapes are available from 5.30pm–7.30pm.
- Children under 12 years old are welcome at Club Millésime until 5pm daily.
- Dress Code: Guests are kindly requested to avoid wearing pyjamas, bathrobes, swimwear, activewear and slippers to maintain a comfortable and refined atmosphere. Appropriate footwear is always required. Evening dress code is smart casual. This excludes flip-flops and singlets.
