Update 20 April 2026 2.30pm AEST: The pool facilities on the ninth floor will be temporarily closed for scheduled improvements from May 2026, with completion expected in early June 2026. During this period, alternative nearby hotels will be available for guests wishing to use pool facilities.

Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within three days of their arrival.
