Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 22 March 2023, during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of A$90 per adult (12+) and A$45 per child (8-11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Children aged 7 years and under are included at no cost. Payable directly to the hotel.

This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Covid-19 Related Cancellations: If you can’t travel as a direct result of border closures or Government-imposed travel restrictions that directly impact your booking, Luxury Escapes will do our best to assist you with a date change or provide you with a Luxury Escapes credit towards future travel for any Limited Time Lux Exclusive accommodation, tour or cruise package, less any unrecoverable costs. Additional charges for date changes that result in a higher value will be charged to your account. Credit must be used within 12 months of issue date. After this time bookings are non-refundable except in accordance with our Refund Policy.

For bookings made during that period, extra guest surcharges apply as follows: A third adult (12+) may stay for a surcharge of IDR500,000 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed, with daily dining, one cocktail and one 60-minute massage only. Or, a third child (5-11) may stay for a surcharge of IDR250,000 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed, with daily dining only. Payable directly to the hotel.

Fine Print:

• You will be emailed a form to book in your date and time within 1-2 days of purchase.
• Rates are per car, one way
• Three passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. Six passenger car can fit six pieces
• Infant seat can be pre booked at US$3 per seat each way. Guests can bring their own infant seats.
• Driver will wait for delay of up to one hour. After that, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
