Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort enjoys an incredible beachfront location on Bali’s southern peninsula, with Nusa Dua Beach right on its doorstep. Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of US$85 per adult (12+) and US$43 per child (2–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

• Surcharges are inclusive of tax and service.
• Hotel will contact guests directly at least one month prior to arrival to collect payment for gala dinner.
• Payable amount will be converted from USD to IDR based on hotel’s exchange rate on that day.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Breakfast will be buffet at Kwee Zeen from 6.30am to 10.30am on weekdays and 6.30am to 11.00am on weekends.
• Lunch is two-courses from a set menu, served from 12pm to 3.30pm at Kwee Zeen or from 11pm to 3.30pm at Toya Beach Bar.
• Dinner is two-courses from a set menu, served from 5pm to 9pm at Kwee Zeen or Toya Beach Bar.
• Guests who book Overindulgence packages also enjoy upgraded dinners at Cucina restaurant, for a maximum of one for every three nights of stay.

• Spa discount is valid on all treatments. No minimum spend and not combinable with promotional offers.
• Dining inclusions are valid for daily consumption only and cannot be accumulated.
• Meal times may change without prior notification and buffet is subject to hotel occupancy levels.
• The personal training session (select packages only) is subject to availability and requires advance bookings.
• The daily bottle of wine (Overindulgence packages) will be served during lunch or dinner.
• Club Millesime access (select packages only) entitles guests to all-day refreshments, private check-in and checkout, breakfast from 6.30am to 11am, Le Gouter high tea from 3pm until 5pm, as well as Apero Chic wine, cocktails and tapas from 5.30pm to 7.30pm. Club Millesime is accessible to one child per package, except during cocktail hours.
• Meal inclusions are not applicable for Manarai Beach House or in-room dining.
• Guests who booked Club Millesime room types will enjoy their daily cocktail (Apero Chic) during cocktail hours, 5.30pm to 7.30pm, at the Club Millesime lounge.
• Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua shall not be held liable for any products and services offered by third-party entities, including Manarai Beach House and Tropical Temptation Beach Club.
• Additional charges apply should any guest violate the outlined child policy upon arrival.

Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP area and cabanas.
• Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.
• Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800.
• Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
• Minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Children are not allowed in the pool area after 5pm, after which time children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Luxury Escapes highly recommends pre-booking your preferred date and time online prior to arrival to avoid disappointment (IDR 30,000 online booking fee applies – approximately A$3). The booking process is:

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at IDR35,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
