7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking until 21 days prior to the original check-in date, however the following fees will apply: $995 per adult (12+) for economy class bookings, $795 per child (2–11) for economy class bookings; $2,995 for adults and children (2+) for business class bookings. The remaining balance, after deduction of the applicable cancellation fees will be refunded to your original payment or credit.
Cancellation can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. If refunded as credit, your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

- The resort provides complimentary speedboat transfers from the airport, available 24 hours a day. Transfers will be arranged according to the arrival and departure flight schedule. Please contact the resort directly at least seven days before arrival with your flight number to confirm transfers.
- Unlimited juices, tea, coffee, water and sodas are available during meal times only.
- Timings for the speedboat transfers to Crossroads are subject to change.
- The Nest kids’ club opens from 9am to 5pm, available to children aged 4 to 11.
- One hour of daily free-flow drinks (select packages only) at Lazuli Beach Club is served from 5.30pm to 6.30pm and includes select spirits, beer, wine, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages.

- Special arrival day breakfast is available at US$32+ per adult, with 50% off for children.
- Departure day three-course lunch is available at US$65+ per adult, with 50% off for children.
