- Horizon Club Lounge is open 7am–10pm daily, and access includes daily breakfast, VIP check-in and checkout, afternoon refreshments, nightly cocktails and canapes from 5.30pm–7.30pm, private meeting rooms, suit pressing and shoeshine services. Children below 12 years must remain seated and under close supervision while in the Horizon Lounge. During cocktail hours, children are permitted from 5.30pm–6.30pm only. Infants are not permitted in the lounge. The dress code is smart casual.
- Included massages can be enjoyed in the onsite spa during opening hours from 10am–10pm. Advance bookings are essential. Guests can choose either a 30-minute Soothing Foot Massage or a 30-minute Neck, Back & Shoulder Massage.
- Kids’ club is open daily from 10am–8pm.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)
- Valid for two guests.
- Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
- Flight number and arrival time
- Child seats requirements
- Number of pieces of luggage including large items
- You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
- Included transfers are valid for two guests only. Children staying free of charge, or any extra guests, are an additional cost.
- Transfers can accommodate up to two luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or four luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
- A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
