7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your accommodation booking until 21 days prior to the original check-in date for Luxury Escapes credit. You may also cancel the flights included in your booking until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. The following flight cancellation fees will apply: $995 per adult (12+) for economy class bookings, $795 per child (2–11) for economy class bookings; $2,995 for adults and children (2+) for business class bookings. Any remaining balance, after the applicable flight cancellation fees have been deducted, will be issued as Luxury Escapes credit.

Cancellation can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. If refunded as credit, your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights (outside of your Melbourne to Malé return flight) booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Child Policy: Please note that children (under 12) are not permitted and cannot be accommodated.

Seaplane Transfers

Guests are required to send their international flight details to the resort at least seven days prior to the expected arrival day.

• Return domestic transfers from Malé via seaplane are included in your package.
• Seaplane transfers operate in daylight hours, between 9am and 3.30pm.
• Luxury Escapes recommends that guests arriving outside seaplane hours arrange pre-booked accommodation in Malé for one night at their own expense.
• Guests with a departure flight before 9am may be required to check out one night prior to departure date.
• Baggage allowance for passengers is 20kg checked luggage and 5kg hand luggage per person. Any luggage that exceeds this limit will incur an additional surcharge, payable directly to the airline.
• Any excess baggage will be charged US$5 per kg, payable at the airport (subject to service charge and statutory GST).
• Guests must contact the resort at least seven days prior to arrival to organise transfers.

Exclusive Events:

• A live cooking class with celebrity chef Miguel Maestre is included on Wednesday.
• A Welcome Cocktail Reception is included at the resort’s Speakeasy Bar, with signature cocktails and canapes hosted by the resort’s management team.
• A wine-matched degustation dinner with the resort’s resident chief sommelier.
• Beach Rendezvous: A Maldivian Journey is included, a beachfront dinner celebrating local flavours, culture and traditions (weather permitting).
• A White Party dinner is included at Crab Shack.
• Sun, Splash & Savour, a pool party at the Beach Club, is included.
• Beach Bites Under the Stars is included on the final evening.

Premium All-Inclusive Package

Inclusions:

• Daily breakfast at Beach Kitchen.
• Lunch at Beach Kitchen or Crab Shack (reservations are advised to secure your table).
• Dinner at Beach Kitchen, Kanusan or Arabian Grill (reservations are advised to secure your table).
• Pizza at Pizza Counter between 1pm and 10pm (one pizza per person, no takeaway).
• Daily unlimited premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from the Selected All-Inclusive Premium Beverage List, with all drinks served by the glass and available during bar and restaurant opening hours.
• 40% discount on drinks from the Exclusive Beverage Selection List, with all drinks served by the glass.
• US$50 credit on each bottle of champagne or wine from the Exclusive Beverage Selection List.
• Milk LAB cafe drinks and snacks, with a choice of homemade pastries, sandwiches, juices and freshly brewed coffees.
• All drinks and snacks from the minibar, and the in-room wine cellar. Consumed items will be replenished once per day only.

Resort Dress Code

• Beach Kitchen and Crab Shack: Swimwear and sheer clothing are not permitted.
